Our Organization

At AWILL Studios we run Departmentalization by function. I believe this is the most efficient way to run my company where we have 5  departments for Marketing ,Animation, creativity, Software, and Marketing with brilliant workers and directors in each department. These departments will be reviewed and overlooked by me the CEO. This is a great way to structure it because we can specialize and to have a form of simplicity in our company. We can also optimize utilization of our resources and have better coordination throughout the company.
